"D3 v2 is going to be deleted"

After starting Kafka using docker-compose and visiting http://localhost:8002, I get a popup dialog that says:

D3 v2 is going to be deleted. Please migrate to v4 ASAP. See go/d3v4 for details and resources for migration.

I'm experimenting with your docker-compose script while I explore Kafka, and I realise that this the version of Kafka is probably out of date.
