missing usage examples

I am having a hard time trying to understand if there is a way to use orphilia to substitute the Dropbox client typical usage: keep the full local Dropbox folder synchronized with the full Dropbox account. So it detects changed stuff in both local machine and Dropbox servers, and keeps both copies synchronized with the latest versions (deleting of uploading files as necessary).

For the project page looks like that is possible, but I cannot figure how to use it.

I had no previous idea of Python but have been able to install and configure it, set up my Dropbox app, get the token and launch Orphilia but ... which command should I use for the above use case?
