ADD orphilia should sleep & restart --monitor and --delta when there is a fatal error

right now orphilia just hangs and waits to be killed, it would be better for it to just wait a little and restart either --monitor or --delta again in the same process

Im not sure how the behaviour should be for --client

@ksiazkowicz changed this into a more usable feature request. Is it possible to catch all runtime errors somewhere and then just restart the whole monitor/delta process?

What do you mean by fatal error?
