New widget for Fluorescent

The main problem with the old widget was the fact, that it required the whole app to be loaded and it was useless if the app crashed (showing old data).

A new widget should:

• monitor the state of Fluorescent (is it open, or not)
• be in a separate app and communicate with Fluorescent through Publish & Subscribe
• support old skins etc.
• have the multiaccount support sorted out somehow (and that's tricky)

It would be also cool to provide some interface enabling 3rd party widgets, for example fav. contact widget.
