Remove sound notifications when user is at the app

My suggestion is, as a I told you, remove the sound notification if user is using it. In order to understand this better, here is a few examples

1)When I'm chatting with a friend (inside the chat), and he answers me. Every answer he gives , the sound becomes annoying. 2) When user is in event page.

On this two cases, I would remove the sound and leave only a vibration that should be lower than the common one used when user is not at the app, so the user won't feel annoying with a strong one.

The other option is to remove the preselected sound, and assign a tiny one(this should be a default one, that you may add) when user is at the app and at the same time the little vibration I described above.
