Can't build on Windows

Hi guys - is there an alternative PyCrypto library that's available - it seems to be somewhat orphaned since about 2012 Any thoughts on how to build acme-nginx for Windows Cheers

@scottharman Can't you install it from pip there? What's the error? Have you tried this solution? Another possible fix: https://github.com/pycrypto/pycrypto/issues/218#issuecomment-581757162
