(PROPOSAL) Improve KServe Logo
I have always felt the KServe logo looks like it is "stretched" internally which I feel looks bad.
I would like to propose the following slight change to the logo:
OLD / NEW
PR
If everyone agrees, I have raised a PR to update the artwork repository:
We will also need to update the KServe website and our diagrams to use the new logo.
@yuzisun @terrytangyuan I would like to bring this proposal to your attention.
This is a KServe Community decision. I am impartial to either although it might require updating logos on the KF webpage, git and docs.
I personally find it more aesthetically pleasing.
One thing I noticed is that the corners in the new logo are sharp. Is that intentional?

They are still rounded, it's just slightly sharper, which I think looks nicer.
Chiming in as a dude with an art degree: the new logo definitely looks better. Spacing, centering, sizing look much more professional.
@yuzisun Have you reached out to LF AI yet? We want to make sure they are aware of this so that this change can be propagated to relevant marketing content.

It was following Kubernetes logo to have the rounded corners.
@terrytangyuan @yuzisun what are we thinking about this logo update?
Can we move forward?
I just want to bump this issue to get confirmation if we will move forwards with the new KServe logo.
I think we wanted to update it when we move to CNCF. cc @yuzisun Please correct me if I remembered incorrectly.
Why wait?
@jberkus Do you know who can help us check whether the changes look good, including checking whether the logo contains any hidden watermarks and meet CNCF requirements? https://github.com/kserve/artwork/pull/3

@terrytangyuan not sure what you mean by "hidden watermarks" but its a very small SVG file, you can check the code by hand:

Any objections to merging https://github.com/kserve/artwork/pull/3? @yuzisun
@yuzisun @terrytangyuan Just following up on this as I think the improved logo will help the project, and am wondering what the next steps to get it across the line are?
