Enhancement: add ability to use 'Dependency' plug-in within a template

I tend to create a "template" project and then duplicate that template for future projects, say for my clients. In this case, I created a template project and set dependencies using your plug-in. However, when I went to duplicate the template for Client Smith, the tasks in the Client Smith project were tied to the original template, not the new duplicated template. Is there any way around this?
