kr as a PAM?

I'm not really sure as to the required work for this, but could this be used as a replacement for libpam google authenticator? If not, how much work would that take to make?

Would be awesome. Because then I can replace the fingerprint scanner on the MBP with the push to the phone. I believe something similar apple has with the push to my apple watch. Not sure how it's implemented though
