Support Custom dir install

If I am installing kr for only a specific user, installing it only for this user (inside $HOME/usr directory for example) is not supported.

Installing kr the currently-supported way only changes the current user's ssh config, so it has no effect on other users. Why do you want to install it under your home dir?

I am talking about the krd bin that is going to be installed to /usr/local/bin

This is normally handled via PREFIX environmental variable. You should be able to accomplish what you desire by building from source and using PREFIX.
