Validate when there is no cpu and memory usage for a pod

There are few datapoints for a pod from the cluster when there is no cpu and memory usage. Do we need to consider this timestamp in the monitoring duration for the recommendation algorithm ?

Below is the one such row where there is no cpu and memory usage metrics. Note: Metrics with _sum are expected to be zero in cases where there is no _avg value.
