Create queries to read metrics from thanos to fullfill performanceprofile

Value : Metrics collector to send in metrics that are defined in performance profile https://github.com/kruize/autotune/blob/mvp_demo/manifests/autotune/performance-profiles/resource_optimization_openshift.yaml , so that kruize gets the metrics information.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Grafana can query the metrics cluster/namespace/deployment/container
• [ ] PerformanceProfile templating completed to get metrics
