Setting the position of/teleporting/moving a vessel

I'm looking at the krpc Python docs and I do not see an example or method that allows one to set a vessels position. Is this even possible?

Not possible I'm afraid. There is a "TestingTools" service that has this functionality, but it's just for running tests, and isn't included in the mod.
