For clean integration into Kubernetes environments, Kroxylicious should expose endpoints that can be used as liveness and readyiness probe targets.

Triaged 22 November 2023: needed but not immediately. Needs thought about what would make a good set of probes for Kroxylicious, best practices, etc.
