The Serverless API sample should be able to be deployed via the serverless framework and PR to their examples page

This will avoid having to specify Cloudant credentials in the properties file, and avoid having to set the variables at action creation time. It won't change anything functionality-wise.

This is the separate repo. They have been synched somewhat, but they need to be linked somehow to avoid duplication.

Look into Twilio and the Bluemix mobile integrations.
