Any other tasks we can mark complete @alexl @jluebbe @giuseppe @eriksjolund @cgwalters? Most of them are just reviewing some docs or getting started on some processes or otherwise pretty simple.

Got it, yes, I misunderstood when I read it before. I thought it was a proposal to create a single CoCC in general.
FYI this feature has now been built and will be available in PCC in early June. I'll close this issue when it's been deployed.
