Automatically delete images instead of hiding them on too many reports

As the automatic hiding system works pretty good and bad images sometimes get out of hand, maybe we can skip the step of hiding images and delete them directly.

Problem: after deleting, they cannot easily be shown in an email, maybe a very low-res representation can be send (insetead of a link).
