Improved meal statistics

Meal statistics like last or next served depend on the day of request for technical reasons. This results in akward next/last served dates wenn looking at future meal plans. Furthermore current visual representation has some room for improvement.

To solve these problems, the current statistic section in the detail view could be replaced by a timeline with markers when the meal was /will be serverd.
