An exemplary "list of listings" using the current template appears as follows:  The listing numbering is restarted per chapter, however, the chapter number is not part of the counter....

Is it possible to ignore the clear-page command for \chapter if we are in birds-eye mode?

Unfortunately, `pkg-config --variable=compatdir bash-completion` returns `/etc/bash_completion.d` instead.

swth: do not ignore keyword arguments after positional argument

Previously, `swth go --biber` would silently use biblatex. Now it works!

Also clarify that `--biber` et al. are not honored in `swth create` command.
