Allow arguments?

Hi,

just found this nice project and was wondering if there is a specific problem with accepting arguments in checks? It seems to be explicitly disallowed in client.rb but the checks dsl has some hints about it. I'd be interested in taking a look at it, but wanted to know if there has been some prior work or problems with this feature?
