Remove some quotation marks to support tsv auto-formatting on github

Hi! Super useful repo. Just a super small change. I was browsing the files on github, and the quotation marks in two words of the HSK7-9 meanings file were bugging out the GitHub autoformat, so I just removed them.

Now, you can see the auto-formatting in the file in this branch at: https://github.com/srcole/HSK-3.0/blob/patch-1/HSK%20List%20(Meaning)/HSK%207-9.tsv
