How to import into Anki?

Hello, I really appreciate you providing this content! I'm stuck on importing it though. What is the best way to import the HSK level 1 grammar content you have created into Anki? There is a HSK1 directory that has six files in it (one .csv and five .txt) but how do I tell Anki to import all six files in the correct place?

Sorry if this seems like a dumb question.
