Some outlines seem to be missing sometimes...

Describe the bug Using xiehanzi HSK 3.0 I sometimes have missing outlines. For example, right now I was looking at the card in HSK level 3 for 乐观. The outline for 乐 was there, but the one for 观 was missing and the input field remained empty. But as I wrote this I was then looking at the screen again and suddenly the outline had appeared.

To Reproduce I do not know a way to reliably reproduce this behavior.

Expected behavior I expect the outlines to appear.
