Scrolling doesnt work after scrolling on opened audio flyout window

After fresh install it works perfectly, but then if I opened the audio flyout window --> scrolled --> closed audio flyout window, scrolling on audio icon hover doesnt work anymore except muting still works (when mousewheel-click)

edit: realized doesnt matter if i scrolled or not on flyout, just opening the audio flyout and closing it replicates the issue

Which Windows version you are on?

Sometimes it stops to work on my Windows 10, but I've never had time to investigate and just restarted Explorer & TVC, I might need to establish the exact steps to reproduce the problem
