Configure power tunnel

Im trying to config power tunnel proxy. system is configured as no proxy. Browser is also configured as 'use system settings'. As powertunnel.jar is run through terminal, 127.0.0.1:8085, there is no internet connection through any app incld browser. I cant figure out the problem ?
