Would it be possible to colourize the file explorer expanded progress bar/graph or UAC prompt?

You are correct about UAC. Regards progress bars, check https://github.com/krlvm/AccentColorizer#progress-bar-colorization EDIT: did not saw you are already using this registry tweak

Hi did you manage to change color of ile explorer graph? And how did you get blue one? :P I'm searching everywhere for blue progress bar in w11
