Only some file explorer glyphs change colors

I have both accentcolorizer and accentcolorizer-e11 running in the background, and if I change the accent color to say green, I can see only the display settings and show more options icons in the context menu change colors, but the rest remain red, which I set a very long time ago. Also file explorer icons are also red.
