Add PHP 5.6 and PHP 7 to Travis builds

Builds on PHP 7 are allowed to fail since that version is not stable yet.

Duplicate of pull request https://github.com/kriswallsmith/spork/pull/34. Still would be nice to have one of these being accepted.
