Feature idea: Add severity label to configurations

Then display them to the user when the test fails. e.g.

CHECK #69: PDF viewing is disabled in the Safari web browser.... FAILED! Severity: Low. Apply the following RECOMMENDED fix? This will execute this command:

Idea is by @KMHouk.

Some thought would need to be put into how to decide the severity of the various configuration points. Probably very few if any would be "High".
