shows downloaded too early lead to truncated streams

A two hour show can be requested say, 1.5 hours in. I'm not too offended by it then sending off the 90 minutes that have lapsed ... that's not too bad.

But then after that time has lapsed, the full 2 hours should be sent. Currently it's not.

So I think the best way to do this is to eliminate the stream constitution entirely and use the live logic to never place the aggregate streams on the server's disk.
