Frontend for the simulator

Thanks for creating this simulator - great work!

I was missing an easy way of finding a start-point so I created a frontend here: https://hakonrossebo.github.io/fsim-map/

I hope to also include altitude selection and a POI list soon.

I don't need to have this on a separate repo - I can submit a PR to include this in your repo if that is a better solution.

Great idea to provide better ways to set starting points. I'll have a look at the code.

In the mean time: It seems that links to the flight simulator begin with http and not https. The effect is that textures (satellite photos) are not loaded. Could you please update the links?

Thanks - fixed. Should work as expected when cache is expired/refreshed.
