Unstable db#systemlist on vim

Hi @kristijanhusak, I've encountered a bug that I believe is related to https://github.com/tpope/vim-dadbod/commit/23514a579ce6df28fd956070d9e2ac1051855115.

but the following situations are often encountered

if I add the following code to the db_ui#schemas#query function, I will no longer encounter the above situations

PS: never encounter these situations on neovim, just on vim.

OS: macOS 12.4 Architecture: Arm64 Vim Version: 9.0.0100 Database: Postgresql 13.7
