cloudflare dns api support (patch included)

Hello, here is my working patch for adding CF dns api support, it is used on our servers for about year without any issues, but still incomplete in terms of correct way implementation (sockets/independent processes/etc), because i don't have that much time to work on it anymore, so currently it is more like a hack and probably not recommended for usage on high-level security servers without proper process isolation, but maybe someone needs it, feel free to improve it as you need :) acme-client-portable-cf.patch.txt
