wanderlust fix-#455: custom cursor and scrolling thumb fix-#473: Transition duration on post hover

I Fixed-#455 & #473

Description

#455: I added style object to both index.css (in frontend) and individual Route elements to get the custom cursor. As I used URL() to customize the cursor tailwind wasn't working for this and I modified scroll to body, HTML.

#475: When the posts, either featured or general, were hovered, they scaled without a transition duration. I added duration to make it look smoother.
