Shell Scripts are missing an exclamation mark

Hi my Doom stopped working when I unintentionally redownloaded the setups from the latest Anberports

I noticed shell scripts that are installed all have #bin/bash rather than #!/bin/bash which means they don't start on the RG351P. Adding this to the following .sh repaired the issue for me (they were launchable via retroarch) - I kept getting an attribute error - I noticed Duke Nukem and Half Life had the exclamation mark (and they were working correctly)
