Can't press the close button on mobile

I've tried this on a Google Nexus (tablet) and an iPhone 6s Plus. On the Nexus I cannot close the window no matter how much I try. On the iPhone it sometimes registers the click but I have to hit it a few times (like the clicking area is very very small)
