X on wrong side of header?

I'm finding that the x to close the dialogue is showing up on the left side of my header image

In the html, the close button precedes my header. Any ideas on how this could happen?

I’m seeing the same thing - looks like this is an issue with Bootstrap 4? I notice in the newer samples they put the button after the title in the DOM https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.0/components/modal/
