Improve speech quality

Perhaps by tweaking eSpeak's parameters, or use a different voice file or dictionary file, we can improve the speech quality. We should investigate this. Perhaps we can interest the eSpeak devs in this?

Alon where do you think the best place for us to add improvements is - to the js version or espeak proper?

If we don't use espeak properly, then fixes would go here, but anything that improves espeak itself should go upstream I think.
