No bower.json file

It would be handy if one could install this javascript library via bower. I will attempt to make the require bower.json file required as time allows. Maybe someone will beat me to it! =]

At the time of writing, I didn't have the understanding to make a pull request. I did use bower for a time, but that's no longer the case. Sorry, my window of current usage has passed, or I'd make a PR.
