horizontal load more not showing correct position. If you need screen shot, I will provide

  1. load more in not show like pull to refresh.
  2. also here is no any delegate methods that notify me load more is called.
  3. how to stop manually progress load more and pull to refresh. (means api call and response all data load in collection then stop load more or pull to refresh indicator )
