Implement GUI scaling on the desktop

Feature Description

Currently, FluffyChat has uncomfortably large buttons and other GUI elements on the desktop compared to other applications. It would be great if the Ctrl+(+/-) keyboard shortcuts could be implemented to change the scale of the interface. image

Rationale

This feature would be excellent for small screens or monitors with low display resolution.
