Firstly a great extension, any change for a Visual Studio 2019 update?

Thanks! I'll take a look at it.

Would be awesome ❤

I just wanted to install it on 2019, and noticed it's not yet possible. Do you need any help with this?

@kria Any chance I can get you to accept this pull request and release a new version? I've been using a package built manually from my pull request's branch since I submitted the pull request, without encountering any bugs. I'd like to avoid releasing another package on the marketplace so others can enjoy the greatness of Git Commit Formatter in VS19, too.

@kria Just upgraded to 2019 and saw that I can't install Commit Formatter. I am so used to well-formatted commit messages, which are enabled by your nice extension. So, please, support Visual Studio 2019 by accepting this PR.

I've published the pull request version here for now.

@kria When you get around to this, feel free to tag me and I'll unpublish my version so we don't have to deal with fragmentation.

@tstivers1990 Thanks a lot! I got a bit tired of trying to manually format my commit messages. So this is very helpful.
