Save MIDI data as SMF

Should be able to export the events from a MIDI Monitor window to a Standard MIDI file, with timing included.

That would be so great to have.

And it wouldn't need to know anything about tempo, we can do all that later when we drag the MIDI into a DAW...

I realize I'm pulling up a 14 year old thread... :-)

But perhaps this would be something I could try and learn to build - I would just have to learn how to convert the buffer to MIDI... hmmm...
