How to set default value to empty string?

${S3_ACCESS_KEY_ID:-} is failing because of no default value (no default is given), I just need to have an empty string if there is no S3_ACCESS_KEY_ID set

I think it was implemented in https://github.com/kreuzwerker/envplate/pull/20 and you need version 1.0.0.RC1 minimally to make it work (https://github.com/kreuzwerker/envplate/releases/tag/1.0.0-RC1).
