Submit to package repositories

I love triq! Could we please submit triq to modern Erlang package manager repositories, like CEAN and EXPM?

Please note that Expm has been superseded by Hex

Once #29 is resolved, this can be done by anyone in CEAN and Hex, right?

@tuncer well Hex has this idea of community packages; I recently spoke with Hex creators and they'd accept such packages if the original author supports semver and reflects in it git tags. Quite logical as Hex relies on semver.

So - anyone can do it on Hex but not without some love from the creator :]
