Effect.Fade renders element invisible but they are still clickable

Bootstrap uses jQuery. Have u placed bootstrap completely in no conflict mode before doing this ? If not kindly check my post on stackoverflow on no conflict

Update with the latest Tinymce or a more advance tinymce
