[Enhancement] - Add "auto replenish" options in blueprint menu for drones/ships in PLS/ILS

With patch 0.9.27.14533 the ILS/PLS/distributor have an "arrow" option to "auto-replenish" bots/drone/ships so when placed, they auto load bots/drones/ships into the station. Could we have an option to configure this from within the saved blueprint (similar to the ability to change other ILS configurations ores or recipes in machines from within the blueprint editor.

ya like if i copy a PLS with 10 drones in it, i'd like it to put 10 in the next one.
