Add custom buttons to the toolbar in Rails Admin

Hi,

I read the readme and the wiki https://github.com/bastiaanterhorst/rich/wiki/Customizing-the-buttons and I got how to customize the toolbar

Unfortunately I didn't get how to replace Bulleted List with Square Bulleted List.

Square Bulleted List seems defined here: https://github.com/bastiaanterhorst/rich/blob/master/vendor/assets/javascripts/ckeditor/styles.js#L110

I'm pretty sure I'm missing something related more to ckeditor that rich, but I hope you can address me to the solution
