There should be an option to filter all rotten leads

CRM Version: V1.2.1

Steps To reproduce--

1. Log in as Admin/User. 2. Click on the leads tab. 3. Try to filter only the rotten leads.

Actual result: There is no option to filter all rotten leads. Please find the below screenshot.

Expected result: There should be an option to filter all rotten leads
