Hi ! Krayin : v1.2.3 PHP : 7.4 Composer version 2.4.1

Just after fresh install, we can't create role ->

Roles

we've got this error->

@FlashPapa We recently released version 1.2.4 so try installing once and let me know if you face the similar issue.
